- “Customer” — the organization or individual that holds an account.
- “User”, “you” — any person who accesses the Service.

2. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” refers to that organization.
3. The Service
Firetech CRM is a work-management and CRM platform offering boards, tasks, groups, columns, automations, a commercial pipeline, document processing, voice dictation, and an AI assistant. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at devteam@airobotix.net of any unauthorized use. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing their users’ access.
5. Customer Data and ownership
As between the parties, you and your organization retain all rights to Customer Data. You grant Firetech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service for you, including processing by the sub-processors described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Customer Data and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or infringe the rights of others through the Service.
- Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or sublicense the Service, or circumvent usage limits or security controls.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or offensive content, or use the Service to send spam.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark without our written consent.
7. AI features
AI-powered features generate output using third-party language models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a given purpose and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI output before relying on or acting upon it.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services (for example, Google APIs, AI providers, and email delivery). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. If you connect a Google account, see our Google API Disclosure.
9. Fees
If your use of the Service is subject to fees, they will be set out in a separate order or agreement between you and Firetech. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. We may suspend access for overdue amounts after reasonable notice.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Firetech and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these terms, no rights are granted to you. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation.
11. Confidentiality
Each party may access the other’s non-public information. The receiving party will protect such information with reasonable care, use it only to perform under these terms, and not disclose it except to personnel and contractors bound by confidentiality, or as required by law.
12. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our reasonable control may cause downtime. Support is available at devteam@airobotix.net.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, with notice where practicable, if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Warranties and disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that AI output will be accurate.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firetech and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Firetech and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable regulation. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and notify you of material changes by email or within the platform. Continued use after the notice means you accept the updated terms.
18. Governing law and dispute resolution

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
