1. Overview
This page explains how Firetech CRM, operated by Firetech Corp, accesses, uses, stores, and protects data obtained through Google APIs. It supplements our Privacy Policy and applies whenever you connect a Google account to the Service. Connecting Google is optional.
2. Google data and scopes we request
When you choose to connect Google, we request access only to the data needed for the feature you enable, and only after you grant explicit consent on Google’s authorization screen. The scopes shown on that screen always reflect the access actually requested.

We do not request access to Google data that is not needed for a feature you use.
3. How we use Google data
We use Google data solely to provide and improve the user-facing features you request — such as displaying, organizing, or sending email tied to your CRM activity. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Humans do not read your Google data except where you ask for support, for security or abuse investigations, to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
4. Storage and transfer
We minimize what we store. Where a feature requires it, we retain only the data necessary to provide that feature, for no longer than needed. We do not sell Google user data and do not transfer it to third parties except to operate the feature you enabled (for example, our hosting and database provider) or as required by law.
5. How we protect Google data
Google data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and the same security safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. Access is restricted to systems and personnel that need it to operate the Service.
6. Revoking access and deleting data
You can revoke Firetech CRM’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by disconnecting Google within the Service. To request deletion of any Google data we hold, email devteam@airobotix.net.
7. Limited Use disclosure
Firetech CRM’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. AI providers and Google
Separately from Google account access, the Service uses Google’s Gemini model as an AI provider (reached through the Vercel AI Gateway) to power certain features. In that case we send our own workspace content to the model for inference — this is not access to your Google account data and is governed by the AI processing section of our Privacy Policy.
